Why Should You Document Live Art

Whether you are showcasing your work to producers, festival organisers, on demand platforms or perspective audiences, we can capture any type of live art from dance performances and workshops to spoken word, theatre productions and artist Q&A’s to symposiums.

A fantastic opportunity to document, archive and capture live art and conversations.

Where Can We Document?

STUDIO:CULTURE is a mobile service meaning we can travel to any venue of your choice and set up recording. If you don’t have a preferred venue we can work with you to advise a suitable site or venue.

How It Works

We will work with you to understand what you want to do with the footage, where and how you want to share it. We then advise the best format for you whether that be the full raw footage or an edited, you can choose to take as much or as little as you need.

Our basic package starts at £499 + VAT and includes a three camera live edit. From this you can build on your capture with a selection of additional services – extra camera operators, mastered audio, graphics, roaming cameras, wireless microphones, live streaming and closed captioning. These options can be discussed in our initial meeting to ensure the end result is exactly what you require.

Testimonials

What people are saying about us.

"I just wanted to pass on our heart felt thanks for helping us put on a ‘proper’ show last night. I’ve watched it back as a viewer this morning and it looked even better than from stage side.

Lovely comments from the community have been coming in and everyone has commented on the quality of the production."

Hana York, Mainframe Awards 2020

"Your high standards of work and commitment throughout this period has been exemplary. You always provide a professional and first class service to internal colleagues and external stakeholders. You will be missed by many here at the hall, I shall especially miss your humour and calm measured nature."

Oliver Jeffery - Head of Technical & Production, Royal Albert Hall

"Andy is a pleasure to work with, his can-do attitude, high production standards, creativity and good humour are like no other. He is an awesome team player and strong leader, capable of being on the frontline and behind the scenes, keeping to deadlines and working with the artists and our staff to push the boundaries of what is possible from new commissions, high quality tech presentations, live events and physical exhibitions in gallery, museum, outdoor and non-gallery spaces."

Louise Fedotov-Clements - Artistic Director, QUAD / Director, FORMAT International Photography Festival

"Thanks for your support to the Trust during the pandemic. The use of the large screens have been a tremendous success in allowing us the opportunity of sharing vital and supportive information to both our Staff, Patients and Visitors to the site. The use of this medium to convey supportive and instructional messages has been a revelation and we will be looking to make some sort of screen a permanent solution going forward. Our thanks again on helping us through a difficult time and your personal support"
